What is a Home Inspection?

What is a WDO Inspection?
WDO stands for Wood Destroying Organisms.
WDO/Termite Inspections are visual inspections which check for infestations that can jeopardize the integrity of wood such as wood-destroying fungi, carpenter ants, powder post beatles, termites and more. WDO Inspectors have additional licensing and training for this certification.

What is a Well Water Test?
A Private Well does not have regulated water like city water. Because well water is not regulated by the government; bacteria, viruses, and other harmful contaminants may be present.
Testing your well water can also alert you to any maintenance issues with your well or plumbing system. Overall, you want to make sure your water is healthy and safe for you and your family to consume.
